Straddie 2012

Straddie didn't put on her beautiful the weather the day we left. This is what it looked like while we waited for the barge to arrive.  We watched for a good 10 to 15 minutes as the guy tried to get the boat in the right position but the wind kept on blowing him the wrong way.  I honestly thought 'what on earth are we doing!'

Believe it or not though, we made the most of it and the water was actually a beautiful temperature and the girls had so much fun on their boards...

Our precious sandcastles.  Kacy and I often make these as we chat on the beach...it's quite relaxing actually!
